It's hard to miss the ever so subtle bohemian elements of this collection by Beckham. Flared trousers, patchwork denim, ankle boots, winged arms and swing dresses all scream seventies. The seventies trend was massive in 2015, so it's great to see how designers are translating it into 2016.
I love the effortlessness that the collection portrays, everything seems so casual yet extremely well put together. One detail that I particularly love is the almost chunky heeled ankle boots. I've seen these EVERYWHERE and I absolutely adore them - I find they add a real edge to any look and can make an ensemble seem well thought out.
For this collection I find it most relatable to a high street brand such as Topshop; extremely quirky and full of potential for individual style, it really showcases how well the seventies trend can look on a luxury brand.
The amazing detail on the pieces stand out significantly, applique flowers as well as fruit cocktails on a, you guessed it, cocktail dress. This almost reflects ironic and humorous ideas that are often showcased through Moschino collections.
Overall, I really love this collection and all of the pieces within it, to view the rest of the photos click here.
