Dressing For The Festivals

1) DENIM

Denim is definitely a given for any festival. Frayed, stressed, tatted or patched up. The more unique details the better. Try to go for something vintage or a classic pair of Levis to get that iconic festival look. Denim dresses are also a great twist on this classic material.

2) JEWELRY

Have you ever wondered how festival goers got that intricate layered look? I have. The answer is layering jewelry. The more you stack and layer, the more bohemian your outfit looks. It's a great way to include detail and a bit of bling to an outfit that can otherwise be very simple.

3. HAT

I find that hats can really make an outfit (as well as keep your head cool). I love the ones from Forever 21 and think fedoras/floppy hats are the most festival appropriate. Black and tan are great colours to go for.

4. FRINGING

You can't go to a festival without at least one item that has fringing. Whether it's your jacket, bag, top or every item you wear. Fringing is a MUST.

5. GLADIATOR SANDALS

Such a statement piece, gladiator sandals are iconic of festival fashion. They come in a multitude of different colour and heights. They are ideal for comfort as well as style.
