Jazzing up a Casual Outfit

I'm the queen of casual outfits. if I could get away with wearing my pyjamas out without being judged hardcore, then I would. So when I can, I like to try and glam up a simple outfit by doing just a few steps, which help to make me look more presentable and put together.
This outfit is a rime example of how I took something simple and make it look more glam than it really is. I started of with jeans and a "nice top" - yes Missguided, thank you for that section on your website. With the basis of my outfit done and not dwelled upon its how I use my accessories to amp up my ensemble which really makes the difference

SNAZZY BOOTS
I always think a goof pair of heeled boots are a great way to look put together. These boots were £15 in the Rive Island sale and are great for adding texture and style to any outfit. They are grey patent with silver studs and I always feel super cool when I wear them. Boots like this can be found, like mine in the sale, or in cheaper places such as Primark. if you become a connoisseur of snazzy boots then you could opt for a more expensive option from somewhere like Topshop or AllSaints.

A GOOD BAG
I have recently delved into the world of bags and now... I can't get enough of them. I love how they can amplify such a simple outfit through colour, texture and style. This one from Dorothy Perkins mimics that of a Chanel quilted bag. I'm not a fan of fake designer goods, but will happily wear something that mimics the style of the item rather than an exact copy.
This bag is ideal as it can be worn over the shoulder as I have in these pictures, or as a longer bag which hangs down.
There is plenty of room in the bag making it both a stylish and practical piece - which I love!

THE STATEMENT JACKET
I love a leather jacket and like you can see in this picture, makes me look more dressed up and like I'm going for a night out rather than wallowing in front of the TV at home. If you're feeling brave you can add a pop of colour through a leather jacket to spice up your outfit. Although, if you're not quite that adventurous, like me, just go for a plain coloured one to add sophistication, class and again, a little bit of texture.
