Christian Dior Spring 2015 Couture

Christian Doir - their new couture collection for Spring 2015. This collection held many different styles, shapes, colours, patterns and silhouettes;  from plastic, wet-look boots to dresses that incorporate springs hot new trend of large floral prints - this couture collection certainly did not disappoint. At first glance there seems to be so much going on in terms of patterns and colours. Geometric shapes everywhere and bright colours that fuse together to bring the designs into one collective piece.
Elegance and beauty are portrayed through this couture collection as soft mute colours are used alongside the bright loud ones to call out to those who are less daring in their fashion choices. I love the use of vertical and horizontal stripes - although many people think the use of horizontal stripes make you appear wider, if those stripes are narrow (like in this collection) that theory does not apply - they simply draw positive attention to the piece you are wearing.
Raf Simons has done an excellent job with this years Christian Dior Spring 2015 Couture Collection.
