Balmain Fall 2015 Ready-To-Wear

"Olivier Rousteing, child of the '90s, was looking back at Paris in the '70s this season."
The 70's is proving to be a very popular trend this upcoming year; and Balmain has jumped on the bandwagon and shown just how the 70's can prove to be both stylish and unique. Fringing, flares and funky colours are the focal point of this collection.
Yellow, white, purple, black and green are some of the colours used, bringing life and individuality to each of the pieces. I love the use of stripes in this collection as well as the different materials and textures in the clothes. The lacing is my personal favourite alongside the suede - keeping that 70's vibe throughout.
This show proved quite daring, personally, and although some of the clothes seem intimidating you can easily see what colours will be in for Fall and as well the different silhouettes. The show featured models such as Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima - all star models for an all star brand, Balmain definitely hasn't failed Fall this year.
